No, please always send us an email inquiring about specific characters or designs. We more than likely have it and it has not been updated on the website.
No, unfortunately we do not do refunds for custom orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the postal services, that includes all of them. We ask that you submit a claim with that specific postal office, UPS, FEDEX, etc. You will have the tracking number and you can use that to start a claim with them.
